This kit is designed to upgrade your SBMM SUB series bass with my 3 band S3EQ and requires absolutely no soldering at all to install.
It includes a concentric (stacked) pot for the extra EQ control so there’s no need for drilling a side jack or any other permanent modification to your bass and the install can be completed with basic hand tools you probably already own.
*This kit is designed with beginner DIY installers in mind but please keep in mind the terminals and connectors are quite small and can be tricky to work with if you're not used to working on this kind of project.

Included in this kit:
1 x TRGPC S3EQ Solderless Preamp.
1 x Alpha B25K Pot.
1 x Alpha B50K Pot with Centre Detent.
1 x Alpha B50K Concentric Pot with Centre Detent.
1 x Rean Neutrik Stereo Output Jack
1 x Chrome Concentric Knob (You can use your original knobs for the volume and single EQ control.
All hardware is assembled in house.
Compatibility
This is kit is compatible with both the older models with the large SUB logo on the headstock and the newer models. The manual currently doesn't have photos to accompany the steps required on HH models, these will be added soon.
This kit should be OK for the older USA made Ernie Ball SUB basses too but I haven't had a chance to test that. Of course it's also perfect for your DIY Stingray style project too.
Tools required for install:
Wire cutters.
Wire strippers.
PH1 Phillips head screwdriver.
1.5mm flat blade screwdriver.
Small shifter or sockets.
